Stone Hill Village is a family owned and operated. Eugene & Rhoda Martin, along with their sons are life-long Pennsylvania residents. They purchased the existing community from the estate of a family member who had owned it for many years. A hands-on family, all of the Martins are active in the daily operations of the community.
After buying the community and making many visible improvements to the existing property, they began the process for an all new phase. the Martins’ new concept for Stone Hill Village included beautiful ranch manufactured homes set in a very residential environment. The homes would be placed on spacious lots and have large optional porches and available single car attached garages.
The Martins take pride in everything they do. The info-structure was done first rate in every way. No expense was spared to make certain it was done properly. The home sites are handled with the same attention to detail ensuring each home is installed with care on solid footings and foundations.
